My Army Son | |
| My son is an Army man, a freedom-fighter for our land. Once a boy learning right from wrong Now a soldier - proud and strong.
I prayed "Dear Jesus 'Save my son!", He answered me with an 'Army of One'. Now I pray "Please keep him safe, from the enemies he will face.
Courage and faith to light his way, And Your peace throughout each day. Guide him through his Army life and give him strength for any strife.
I know You care because You hear I pray You'll keep him safe and near. A prouder Mom there cannot be Thank You Lord for hearing me." | By Donna Seibert Copyright 2006 Listed 6/14/2006 |
