 Col.
William Bailey greets his wife and children upon
his arrival April 15, 2011, at Hill Air Force
Base, Utah. Colonel Bailey is the commander of
the 4th Fighter Squadron and an F-16 Fighting
Falcon pilot.
He led six jets as the
first of their team to return from a six-month
deployment to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.
