This photo is of my 19 year old little brother, Private Marc Blair, and his 2 year old daughter, seeing him for the very first moment since he left for BCT (basic combat training) at his graduation from the US Army in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, July 19, 2006.

We were wandering around looking for him and he spotted us, swooped up his daughter and they planted one on each other and I snapped away . . . The whole visit she wouldn't leave his arms or side.  She missed her Daddy.
