Pvt. Adam Johnson, student, School of Infantry, places a turkey into Boy Scout Eric Blackburn's grocery bag during the 7th annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway hosted by the San Clemente Military Family Outreach at Camp Pendleton, Nov. 23. More than 300 service members and family came out to receive free turkeys and other food items such as pies and canned goods. Patrons also received recipe books and cooking materials. The donations, gathered from San Diego County churches, business and individuals, were passed out by Marines from SOI and children from local youth organizations.
