SEAL (BUD/S) Candidates Train At NSW June 8, 2020 May 21, 2020 - Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) candidates train at Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Center in Coronado, California. The training includes ... pass the surf zone in an inflatable boat; a rock portage evolution; the "Spider Wall" obstacle; negotiating over an obstacle; and, strength endurance conditioning. To ensure the safety, health and well-being of its students, instructors and staff, NSW Center implemented COVID-19 mitigation efforts based on CDC recommendations and Department of Defense medical guidance.
