Honoring Front Line Healthcare Responders May 19, 2020
May 15, 2020 - Members of the Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) Voluntary Services program gather to show their support for the front line providers to COVID-19 in Roseburg, Oregon. During normal operations, volunteers and the Voluntary Services program are vital to ensuring Veterans receive the highest quality care at the Roseburg VA. Staff with RVAHCS have been planning and responding to COVID-19 since at least March 6, 2020. RVAHCS, which includes five facilities, serves some 26,000 Veterans across five Southern Oregon counties and Del Norte County in Northern California.
