Security Patrol In Seward Boat Harbor September 21, 2019 September 16, 2019 - U.S. Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team members from Pacific Area units provide security in the mountain lined Seward Boat Harbor of Alaska during the Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participate in AECE 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
