Corpsman Demonstrates Putting On Tourniquet October 27, 2018
October 25,2018 - Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Brett Hatch, a Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) simulation lab technician, shows middle school students and teachers how to put a tourniquet on a simulation mannequin at the Innovation Zone at San Diego Fleet Week. San Diego Fleet Week is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard teams and experience America's sea services. During fleet week, service members participate in various community service events, showcase capabilities and equipment to the community, and enjoy the hospitality of San Diego and its surrounding areas.
