Sailors Security Patrol Escort May 2, 2018
April 20, 2018 - U.S. Sailors assigned to Task Group (TG) 68.6 return to the Port of Djibouti after completing a security patrol escort for the first purpose-built expeditionary mobile base USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB 3) in the Gulf of Tadjoura. TG-68.6 is forward-deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations and conducts joint and naval operations, often in concert with allied and interagency partners, in order to advance U.S. national interests and security and stability in Europe and Africa.
