March 1, 2018 - A rescue swimmer from U.S.
Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, North Carolina provides a
demonstration of a water insertion from a helicopter for the
Steven Todd Dooley Search and Rescue Forum. The Steven Todd
Dooley Search and Rescue Forum is hosted annually by U.S. Coast
Guard Sector Hampton Roads and the Port of Virginia’s Maritime
