January 5, 2018 - Coast Guard Cutter Hawser, a 65-foot Small Harbor Tug, transits north on the ice-covered Hudson River near Albany, New York. The Hawser is being used on the Hudson River to escort vessels and create an open channel for commercial traffic in support of Operation - Reliable Energy for Northeast Winters.
