				Marine Corps Instructor Course of Water Survival (MCIWS) carries 
				a simulated victim to the end point of an open water rescue at 
				Davie Point Beach, Marine Corps Base Hawaii. MCIWS gives Marines 
				and Sailors the necessary skills to respond to emergency
