October 13, 2017 - Coast Guard Petty Officer
2nd Class Omar Alba, rescue swimmer, delivers food and water
from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to survivors of
Hurricane Maria near San Sebastian, Puerto Rico from a Coast
Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-65 Dolphin helicopter. Personnel
operating out of Air Station Borinquen have been helping deliver
relief supplies to remote areas for people stranded by mudslide
