June 26, 2017 - A Gallopalooza Horse adorns the Emergency Room front lawn of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. This particular Gallopalooza Horse was created by a local Louisville artist for not only his sister, but also for those who have prosthetic limbs but keep running strong.
