Osan Air Force Base (August 5, 2016) - U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joseph Grooms, a member of 51st Fighter Wing Security Forces Squadron, receives special permission while on shift to join fellow airmen at the USO Osan grand opening ceremony to see how visitors liked the new space.
