FORT HUNTER LIGGETT (Sept. 28, 2015) - Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 carry a simulated burn patient to the battalion aide station during a field training exercise (FTX). The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion's defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
