(Aug. 27, 2015) - Navy Diver 2nd Class David Savell enters the water from Military Sealift Command rescue and salvage ship USNS Grasp (T-ARS 51) to conduct scuba diving operations in support of a Defense Personnel Accounting Agency (DPAA) mission in the Northern Adriatic Sea. Divers from Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 and mariners from Grasp, assigned to Commander, Task Force 68, are supporting DPAA for the recovery of U.S. Airmen who have been MIA since their B-24 Bomber was shot down while departing Italy in 1945.
