Fire Controlman 3rd Class Joseph Neff, from Allentown, PA assigned to Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54), fires the ship's 25mm chain gun with fellow sailors during a live-fire exercise on June 5, 2014.
