PEARL HARBOR (Oct. 16, 2013) Adm. Cecil D. Haney passes through the side boys after being relieved by Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, during a change of command ceremony on the Pearl Harbor waterfront. During the ceremony, Harris assumed command of the world's largest fleet command encompassing 100 million square miles, more than half the Earth's surface, from Antarctica to the Arctic Circle and from the West Coast of the United States into the Indian Ocean.
