Members of Coast Guard Port Security Unit 311 return home to their families and friends from a nine-month deployment where they provided maritime security in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Aug. 15, 2013. Port Security Unit 311 is designed for rapid deployment and sustained operations to provide port security in support of regional combatant commands outside of the continental United States and in its territorial waters.
