The color guard of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) parades the colors as the National Anthem is sung during an at sea change of command ceremony on March 8, 2013. Capt. Timothy Kott relieved Capt. Thomas Halvorson as commanding officer of Mobile Bay. Mobile Bay is deployed with the John C.
