CORONADO, Calif. (Oct. 30, 2012) Fire Controlmen conduct a mock reload
of a MK 15 Phalanx Close-In Weapons System (CIWS) aboard the
Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70).
Carl Vinson is
currently pierside at Naval Air Station North Island undergoing planned
incremental availability.
