Houston, TX - Meet newborn Charlie Ryan Pearsall sleeping on his daddy's Army uniform jacket and next to his daddy's extra set of dog tags on June 23, 2012 ... just four days after his mommy, Brandy, delivered him into his new world ... and while his daddy, Army Cpl. Jeffrey Pearsall was in Afghanistan.

Charlie's daddy missed seeing his birth online due to a communication blackout for all Forward Operating Bases that day in response to a fellow soldier being killed at another base.
