Airmen trying to qualify for the base's quick response team secure a 100-pound wooden beam on their shoulders as they complete a march at Osan Air Base, South Korea, on Aug. 9, 2011.

To become a member of the base's team airmen must overcome challenges that test their strength, endurance and ability to act as a cohesive squad. The airmen are assigned to the 51st Security Forces Squadron.
