Jason Spears, a weapons load crew chief with the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, load an Air Intercept Missile-9M Sidewinder onto an F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft during the first quarter weapons load competition at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., on April 8, 2011.

The competition was conducted to evaluate the airmen�s performance and to recognize superior performers.
