YOUNGSTOWN, N.Y. - Vice Adm. Sally Brice-O'Hara, vice commandant of the U.S. Coast Guard, comforts Tyler Ferreby following a ceremony at Fort Niagara here March 23, 2011, to commemorate the 10-year anniversary of the death of his father, Coast Guard Seaman Chris Ferreby.

Ferreby and another Coast Guard Station Niagara crewmember, Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott Chism, lost their lives in an accident on March 23, 2001, while on patrol along the U.S.-Canada border in Lake Ontario.
