U.S. Navy Seaman Jeremy Stokes paints the sign for the Seabee compound on a bulldozer blade in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Jan. 11, 2011.

Stokes designed the sign to represent both the history and tradition of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 28, and the culture and nature of Guantanamo Bay. Stokes is a chief builder.
