Gates addresses an audience of more than 45,000 during the Boy Scouts of America 2010 National Scout Jamboree on Fort AP Hill, Va., July 28, 2010.The massive group of boy scouts from throughout the United States came to the 12,000-acre site for 10 days to celebrate the organization's 100-year anniversary.
