Rear Adm. Albert Garcia III, deputy commander of the
Civil Engineer Corps and deputy chief of Civil Engineers at
Naval Facilities Engineering Command, jokes with instructors
and students in the audience at Central Catholic High School
on April 21, 2010. Garcia, a school alumnus, visited his
alma mater during San Antonio Navy Week, one of 20 Navy
Weeks planned across America in 2010. Navy Weeks are
designed to show Americans the investment they have made in
their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have
a significant Navy presence.
