Newport chief petty officer selects place a wreath at Patriots
Memorial on the campus of the Naval War College during a
ceremony honoring those who lost their lives at the Pentagon
during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The ceremony,
attended by faculty, staff, students and Naval Station Newport
personnel, paid tribute to the three Naval War College students
