 | NORFOLK, Va. (April 17, 2007) Members with the Coast Guard Honor Silent Drill Team based out of Alexandria, Va., perform the Virginia Arts Festival here today. The drill team is comprised of Honor Guard members that have excelled in military weapons drill.
