U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Richard Wester, assault crewman, stands watch over the Quick Reaction Force (QRF) compound at Camp Lemonier, Djibouti, Nov. 9, 2005. While on QRF, the 3rd Provisional Security Company's 1st Platoon, 3rd Section, is responsible for patrolling the immediate area around the base, responding to any attacks on or off camp, and protecting the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti City.11/09/05
