Brave Blue - Honoring Law Enforcement Officers

I wrote my poem, Brave Blue, in 2006 ... as a reminding tribute to the men and women of local, state, and federal law enforcement ... who are always there for fellow citizens to protect and serve ... performing their duties upholding the law ... including one of my wife's brothers, other relatives, and friends!

Then 13 years later on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (January 9, 2019) ... it occurred to me to create a video honoring Law Enforcement officers ... with the intent of making it available shortly before 2019 National Police Week (NPW) that is held May 11-17 each year in Washington, D.C.

And while I considered a variety of approaches for this tribute video ... I decided using the words of "Brave Blue" for the narration of the video with the same title ... hoping all who view it, especially law enforcement officers and their loved ones ... will concur and appreciate the thoughts.
