Who Can Nominate

Mandatory Requirement for Online Information
While it is understood that information about noble efforts by individuals might not be available online . . . recognition in Patriots Hall of Honor requires verifiable individual being available online. A nomination will not be considered if links to online information supporting an individual's noble efforts aren't provided in the submission.

Nomination By Email
(Only one individual can be nominated at a time)

Email the required information below to USA Patriotism!

• Nominee's First and Last Name

• Nominee's email address

• Nominator's First and Last Name (if not nominating self)

• Nominator's Email Address (if not nominating self)

• Provide at least 250 words in the box about why the fellow American you are nominating deserves to be honored.  (The same required if you are nominating yourself.) Please include specific efforts along with links to any web pages that have related information about the nominee. Nominations without the minimum 250 word reason will not be considered.

• Attach at least one quality image of the individual showing his/her face.

  • Other "quality" images should the individual involved in the patriotic endeavor(s).

  • Total file size of an attached "quality" image(s) must be under 3MB file to avoid potential delivery issue from your internet service provider. (Images will be reduced accordingly.)
