August 26, 2019 - Coast Guard Base Cape Cod Honor Guard presents the colors during a Purple Heart Ceremony in Chatham, Massachusetts. The Coast Guard honored Seaman Norman Wood Finch, who served on the Tampa during World War I and gave the ultimate sacrifice on September 26, 1918.
