Copyright and Public Domain Use

Post by Patriots » April 11th, 2018, 1:26 am

Use Permission and Protecting Copyright Owner
Submission by a respective copyright owner (author, producer, photographer, or legal representative) grants use permission of their creative work (article, poem, story, song, video, photo, graphic, and/or other) at USA Patriotism! that can only be removed if the request comes from the respective owner. Any third party request must provide legal authorization that can be verified by USA Patriotism! ... as the intent is protecting the copyright owner who submitted their creative work.

Public Domain Creative Work Use
Please do not submit creative work in your name that is classified as public domain, as it will not be approved. However, you can submit the "verifiable" public domain patriotic creative content and be listed as providing the public domain content ... make sure to include a link to the content's original location for verification purposes.

Reference note related to creative original work produced by a U.S. military service member or other U.S. government employee ... The original work is in the public domain in the United States, as it is a work prepared by an officer or employee of the United States Government associated with the person's official duties under the terms of Title 17, Chapter 1, Section 105 of the US Code.
