AHEF is a non-profit, non-partisan educational foundation dedicated to the understanding and teaching of America's factual and philosophical heritage to promote constructive citizenship . . . along with freedom, unity, progress, and responsibility among our students and citizens. AHEF accomplishes this patriotic mission by writing, producing, and distributing FREE K-12 lesson plans to teachers, students, and families in all 50 states and through additional initiatives, programs, and partnerships.

Daughters of the American Revolution
A volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education for children. DAR members volunteer more than 55,000 hours annually to veteran patients, award over $150,000 in scholarships and financial aid each year to students, and support schools for the underprivileged with annual donations exceeding one million dollars. It also is involved in many patriotic efforts including Project Patriot and several Patriotic Awards that recognizes deserving Americans for their respective noble deeds.
Guiding Eyes for the Blind
A guide dog school for all who are visually impaired. This charity has been in existence for 55 years. Veterans have top priority for guide dogs.
Our mission is to teach Americans, especially young Americans, how to be effective citizens. We believe... The greatest threat to the country is that we are not fulfilling our roles as citizens. Citizenship goes well beyond voting, jury duty, and community service. Effective citizens can do simple, yet powerful things - citizen actions - and these citizen actions keep our country strong, vital and free.
Hoofs 4 Healing
Dedicated to enriching the life and health of every individual with which we connect. From inner city children to Veterans; from active military personnel to those left here at home; from volunteers to those with physical and special needs, cognitive or emotional disabilities; Hoofs 4 Healing can offer each individual something special through equine assisted activities and education. We use the unique personality, movement and power of the horse and professional, certified PATH Intl. instructors and standards to create a bond between person and horse that enriches lives physically and mentally. We provide equine assisted activities and therapies in a manner that challenges individuals with disabilities to achieve their maximum potential. We strive to provide a safe environment for all, encourage diversity in all aspects of our program, recognize that our volunteers are our most important resource and value our donors by the work we produce. Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The Foundation's mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make-A-Wish experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors and entire communities.
National Ability Center
The National Ability Center offers a wide variety of programs both seasonally and year-round. Activities include alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, horseback riding, hippotherapy, indoor rock climbing, swimming, archery, sled hockey, cycling, water-skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and challenge course activities. Individuals of all ages and abilities can take part in the National Ability Center's programs, including those with orthopedic, spinal cord, neuromuscular, visual and hearing impairments, and cognitive and developmental disabilities. The Foundation for the Defense of Democracies

We produce independent analyses of global terrorist threats, exploring the historical, cultural, philosophical and ideological factors that drive terrorism and threaten the individual freedoms guaranteed within democratic societies.
